The fourth amendment protects Americans from unreasonable search and seizure and is often a key player in privacy law. In this paper, we will examine Privacy law and how it is applied differently from country to country. Privacy is perceived differently depending on culture and values. Laws vary in different countries protecting privacy and its citizens. In a global economy social media networks are used everywhere and different lawsuits are unfolding as what some consider standard procedure others find an invasion of privacy. This paper will examine the history and current events in privacy law and cases.

Pinterest is a photo collecting site that is adored by several million American women. It is a free social bookmarking website with a virtual pin board interface that visually showcases the user's interests via pins to their boards. Ideally users view the pins and click through to the website and learn more about the recipe, craft, or project. It started with a small question of how to best share content with three or 10 people or 20 people.
